Terms and Conditions
The completed form together with a deposit of 50% of the seminar fee is confirmation of registration. When you have registered we will email you our bank details and further information. If the registration form and deposit have not been received by the Kashima Institute within four weeks of registering by telephone or email, we will cancel the reservation and reallocate the place.Upon receipt of the registration form and deposit we will send you a confirmation. The seminar fee and the cost of accommodation and meals (deducting the deposit paid)are to be paid in cash and in Euros at the premises.We regret that we cannot accept cheques, credit or debit cards.
Cancellation by the client up to six weeks before the seminar will incur a charge of 25% of the seminar fee. Cancellation from six weeks before the seminar will incur a charge of 50% of the seminar fee. In the case of cancellation one week or less before the seminar, the fee must be paid in full unless a substitute participant is found.If you leave before the end of the seminar no refund will be given. The organiser Kashima reserves the right to cancel seminars. In this case, a full refund of the payments received up to that date will be issued. (for example cancellation due to an insufficient number of participants or staff illness).
Participation in the seminars is voluntary. Each participant carries full responsibility for themselves and their actions during the seminar and afterwards. He or she is responsible for any damage caused. The organiser does not accept liability.We point out that our seminars cannot replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Persons currently in therapy need to clarify in advance with us and with their therapist as to whether they can participate in the seminar.The participant must agree to treat all information regarding the group process and the participants as confidential.
Illegal drugs, excessive alcohol consumption and physical violence are not permitted.
